Renter Requirements
- Renter and drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
- Renter must have a valid driver’s license and adequate identification.
- Renter must have a valid credit card.
- No pets, No smoking.
- Requires brake control, 7-round RV electrical plug on truck, & 2-5/16" ball.
- Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM and Saturday 8 AM - 11:30 AM.

(Grey Water and Fresh Water Tank Reminder)
Grey Water Holding Tank
Important: Your rental travel trailer is equipped with a 30-gallon grey holding tank.
The grey water tank collects all wastewater from the:
- - Kitchen Sink
- - Bathroom (lavatory) sink
- - Shower
If your campsite is not connected directly to a sewer hookup, the grey water tank has a limited capacity and will fill up with normal use. It is not an unlimited holding tank.
How to Tell if the Grey Tank is Full (Monitor panel is located above the top left side of bathroom sink. Push indicated Fresh, Black, or Grey button to read level of tanks).
If you notice water backing up into the shower, this is a strong indication that the grey water holding tank is full and needs to be emptied.
Our Recommendations:
- Whenever possible, use the campground's bathhouse or shower facilities to help conserve holding tank capacity.
- Be mindful of water usage from sinks throughout your stay.
Fresh Water Holding Tank
Your rental travel trailer also has a 30-gallon fresh water holding tank.
When camping without a city water hookup, this tank supplies all of the fresh water used for:
- - Washing dishes
- - Bathroom sink
- - Shower
- - Toilet
Because the fresh water tank holds only 30 gallons, please use water wisely to avoid running out during your trip.
If you are connected to city water but are not connected to a sewer hookup, please remember that your water usage is still limited by the 30-gallon grey water holding tank. Although your fresh water supply is continuous, the grey water tank will fill as you use the sinks, shower, and toilet.
Our Recommendations:
- - Take short showers. (Your shower head is equipped with a water-saving shut-off lever. Use it to temporarily stop the water flow while lathering with soap or shampoo, then turn the water back on to rinse.)
- - Turn the water off while brushing your teeth or washing dishes.
- - Consider using the campground's restroom and shower facilities whenever possible.
- - Monitor your water usage throughout your stay, especially when dry camping.
- - Reference campground for dumping options.
Following these simple guidelines will help conserve water and prevent grey water backups and ensure a more enjoyable camping experience.
